Our trip was one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve had when traveling. With Operator Andy Woods, we arrived in New York City on time and with plenty to spare to get to JFK to pick up our grandkids arriving from England. Our return trip to Springfield with Operator Mary Hayden was just as good.

Victor has always been very courteous and helpful when I have approached him at the customer service desk at the Providence Rhode Island Bus Terminal. He is very knowledgeable and customer focused. I did some trips with different companies and I always had some concern until traveling with Peter Pan bus with the captain driver, Gary Zimmerman. For the first time in many years I got to sleep [and] I was well impressed with his care with the children [and] always wondering if everyone was fine.
